4. No lending services

HomePurchaseReady is not a lender, bank, credit provider, or credit representative. We do not accept loan applications, assess creditworthiness, or make lending decisions of any kind. Completing our assessment is not an application for finance.

5. No guarantee of finance approval

Your assessment result is general in nature and is not a guarantee that you will be approved for pre-approval or any other form of finance, whether by a broker, lender, or any other party. Actual outcomes depend on a full assessment by a licensed lender or broker, based on information and criteria we have no visibility of or control over.

6. Third-party mortgage brokers

Where your result suggests it may be appropriate, and where you consent, we may introduce you to a licensed, independent mortgage broker. Any broker we introduce you to operates independently of HomePurchaseReady. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the advice, conduct, fees, or services provided by any third-party broker or lender. Any engagement you enter into with a broker is a separate arrangement between you and them.

7. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false or misleading information in the assessment or contact form
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce content from the Site without our permission
• Use automated means to access the Site other than standard search engine indexing
